By registering for an event or purchasing a ticket:

  • You agree to provide correct personal and contact details.

  • Your registration will be confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Tickets may be limited and will be issued on a first-come-first-served basis.

Startup Maharashtra reserves the right to refuse participation if any information provided is false or misleading.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices for events, programs, or services are listed on the website or official communication channels.

  • Payments must be made through the official payment methods provided by Startup Maharashtra.

  • Startup Maharashtra is not responsible for payments made through unauthorized channels.

  • Applicable taxes, if any, may be added to the ticket price.

Once payment is successfully completed, a confirmation will be provided through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All event tickets purchased for Startup Maharashtra events are non-refundable.

Once a ticket is purchased and payment is successfully completed, the ticket amount will not be refunded under any circumstances, including change of plans, personal reasons, or inability to attend the event.

Event Postponement

In case an event is postponed or rescheduled, the purchased ticket will remain valid for the new event date.

If a participant is unable to attend the rescheduled event, the ticket amount will not be refunded. However, Startup Maharashtra may offer the following alternatives at its discretion:

  • Adjustment of the ticket amount towards a future Startup Maharashtra event, or

  • A discount voucher for other Startup Maharashtra services or programs.

Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by Startup Maharashtra due to unforeseen circumstances, participants may be offered one of the following options:

  • Adjustment of the ticket amount for a future event, or

  • A discount on other Startup Maharashtra services or programs.

5. Changes to Events

Startup Maharashtra reserves the right to:

  • Modify event schedules

  • Change speakers or venues

  • Reschedule events

  • Cancel events if necessary

Such decisions may be made due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond control.

Participants will be informed through official communication channels.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Logos

  • Event materials

  • Videos

  • Training resources

are the intellectual property of Startup Maharashtra unless otherwise stated.

  • Any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in events

  • Travel or accommodation costs related to attending events

  • Personal loss, damage, or injury during event participation
